Pre-Sales Area
Product Manager for Wireless
- Pre-sales technical professional experienced on GSM/GPRS/EDGE/WCDMA/UMTS products;
Product Manager for Network
- Pre-sales technical professional experienced on network products, such as DSL, WIFI, NGN, Data products;
Product Manager for Value Added Services
- Pre-sales technical professional experienced on IPTV, Unified Messaging Systems, SMS, NGN Service Platform, CRBT, Parlay Gateway products;
Requirements:
- Set up and maintain good relationship with Brazilian Operators and sales colleagues;
- Visit Brazilian Operators periodically and collect their requirements and feedback on market information;
- Analyze Requirement for Information, Quotation and Proposal, and also prepare technical proposals;
- Implement the marketing and product promotion plan of the International Market Development Department;
- At least Bachelor Degree majoring in Telecommunications or related field of studies;
- Minimum 3 year working experience in Telecommunication vendors and/or operators.
Post-Sales Area
Project Manager
- Post-sales project manager professional experienced on telecommunication products;
- Previous working experience in Project Management in a Telecommunication Vendor.
- Set up and maintain good relationship with customers and/or colleagues and visit customers periodically;
- Collect customer requirements;
- Prepare technical proposals;
* Requirements:
- At least Bachelor Degree majoring in Telecommunications or related field of studies
- 3 year experience in project management at telecommunication vendor
Jr. Field Support Engineer
- Perform routine or preventative maintenance on telecom systems, and associated circuit and trunk facilities and as required, to include monthly, quarterly and semiannual routines.
- Perform diagnostic tests and effect corrective maintenance on telecom system and associated circuit and trunk facilities as required.
- Perform turn up, test and acceptance of new trunks, lines or special circuits, acceptance and trouble resolution.
- Replace defective circuit packs or equipment and return processing for repair.
- Perform preparation and coordination for equipment upgrade as required.
- Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to customer technicians.
- Capability to perform troubleshooting and corrective action and configuration problems.
- Able to maintain and administer system access, trouble reports, performance measurement statistics, and logs as required.
* Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Telecommunications or related field of studies
- Minimum 1 year experience in telecommunication project implementation or operation & maintenance
- Willing to travel
Sales Area
Account Manager - Operators in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro
- Sales oriented with technical knowledge of products for Telecommunication solutions;
- Good relationship with key decision makers in main operators and good understanding of the Brazilian players and selling cycles;
- Experience in project financing.
* Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication or related field of studies, and specialization in Marketing;
- Previous experience working with a large Telecommunication vendor, selling products to famous telecommunication operators.
* Requirement for all positions:
- Be competent for communication with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Computer Skills: Ms Office.
