Reports to: Country Manager

Role: Responsible for the management of all telemarketing activities and relationships with call centers Required Experience: 5 years of experience in call center management or teleservices program management Skills & Competencies: start-up experience would be a plus; fluent in English; knowledge of the Insurance Market and its main players would be a plus.
